Engagement events to be held on Drs Adey & Dancy branch surgeries proposal

Tarporley Medical Centre are holding engagement events with their patients regarding their proposals around the closure of their Ashton and Kelsall branch surgeries and relocation of the services delivered there to the new Kelsall Medical Centre, due to open in Spring 2022. The sessions are:

• Drop-in (face to face session) Tuesday 16^th Nov 1-2.30pm – Ashton Hayes and Mouldsworth Village Hall
• Online session – Thursday 18^th Nov 6.30pm

The Practice is asking people to contact them via wcccg.drsadeyanddancyinfo@nhs.net to indicate whether they would want to be able to attend either/both of the events. For the face to face meeting they are wanting people to let them know they are attending so we can make it as safe as possible for them as well as the GPs in attendance.
