CWP launch Imagining the Future to shape the future of their services
Below is a message from Cheshire and Wirral Partnership about the launch of their Imagining the Future campaign:
As we start to recover from the pandemic and plan for the future, we want to say an enormous thank you to employees at CWP, our volunteers, governors, people who access our services and partners.
We now have an opportunity to set out how we approach the future and would like your thoughts on a range of topics from improving mental health and wellbeing, to delivering services in the community and making our environment more sustainable.
We will also be talking about plans for the future to help improve the lives of everyone in our communities.
Your feedback will help shape the next steps on our journey out of the pandemic which brings a range of new challenges including high demand for NHS services – as well as the longer term, including the Trust’s strategic objectives for the future which are eight goals to focus our efforts on to make the biggest positive difference for our communities and for people who work at CWP. We are very keen to understand what would help you make your own unique contribution to that work.
These goals have been developed based on information gathered over the last year in response to the pandemic, the latest challenges in health and social care and from listening to feedback, for example the COVID-19 evaluation research project that many of you contributed to which was led by the NHS staff survey and patient surveys.
Over the next few months, your ideas on how these goals should be delivered and your unique contribution will make an enormous difference to improving the care, health and wellbeing of our population.
