Cheshire joins the rest of the UK in Clapping for Carers

Cheshire came together with the rest of the UK last night (Thursday) to give a round of applause to the health and care staff working tirelessly in the fight against Coronavirus.

As part of the Clap for Carers campaign, people across the country opened their windows and doors at 8pm to join each other and clap in appreciation for the work that the NHS and wider care system are doing at this difficult time.

From everyone at Healthwatch Cheshire, thank you to our local NHS and care colleagues for the selfless work you do every single day for the people of Cheshire.
